This view is to the east along the LA river.
The first bridge is indeed the PE bridge and the second one behind the PE
bridge is Vineland Avenue.
I’m wondering if the third bridge, below Vineland Avenue is Lankershim
Boulevard?
I also noticed the concrete river channel has yet to be constructed.
