Does anyone know when the attractive Oneonta Station was torn down?
Late 1951, or early 1952.
By December of 1951, the track had been removed back to Eaton Wash; the very first “railfan” photos I took were of PE Steam Derrick 00194 dismantling the bridge that had washed out in 1943.
