    Another nice one that could use some additional explanation. Is this the end of express services? What’s the car’s history up to this point? Anything more on the station itself? Bueller?

    This was during the last months of electric operation on the Monrovia-Glendora line. The last box motor ran on Sept. 14, 1951; it was 1463, another one of the Portland hand-me-downs that was converted from a coach to a box motor during World War II.
