LARY Cars on Spring Street, 1926
In another vintage colorized postcard of downtown Los Angeles, Los Angeles Railway cars are prominently featured as they pass in front of the newly built SPRING-ARCADE Building located at 541 S. Spring Street. Today, the Spring-Arcade Building has been completely renovated and turned into pricey apartments and lofts.

Nice! Cars driving on the tracks and blocking trolleys. Just what the railway needed.
Some info. on one of those theatre buildings and a real photo that shows how this postcard is actually telling a truth about that traffic: https://bringingbackbroadway.com/the-arcade-theatre/
