Would this be: Eagle Rock and Merton one blk south of Colorado
New Colorado terminus. Appears to be part of a series of photos documenting the pulling of rails from Townsend and re-paving of Colorado (note the truck). Safety zone appears to be newly painted and that same spill is to the right of double white center street line.
