1500 to Long Beach

Metropolitan Transit Authority (ex-Pacific Electric) blimps led by no. 1500 proceed south on the Long Beach Line at San Pedro and 7th Street on September 10, 1958. An MTA (ex-Los Angeles Transit Lines) heads north with a red 1956 Chevrolet following a bit too closely.

hey, that is a 1954 Chevy, just like I had. But mine was a red convertible.
Looking for information regarding my great grandfather, who was a conductor on the Pacific Electric Railway back around 1910-1930.
Long Beach/San Pedro.
His name was W. O. Benefield
