The date of the U Line Abandonment was Aug 3, 1947 This picture is not at Florence & Vermont. It could be on Mc Clintock, Hoover, 23rd or Washington Blvd.
Westbound on 23rd Street between Scarff and Oak.
Google Streetview shows not much change in 63 years.
