W Line Tail Track Abandonment

 
Demolition crews work on the Los Angeles Transit Lines (ex-Los Angeles Railway) W Line at North Figueroa and Buena Vista Terrace, removing the tail tracks as part of a plan to move the terminal further south. The date is December 15, 1947.
