  1107 was one of six 1100’s that did not get the “Daylight” stripe on the sides: 1108, 1116, 1118, 1123 and 1127 were the others (that’s some deep Red Car trivia!). And the late Walter Abbenseth reminded me that 1137 had its original interior lights down the center, rather than the “bullseye” lights that most of the 1100’s had after the early 1940’s upgrade.
