It’s hard to be sure, but 1137 appears to have a trolley shoe, which would date this picture to the mid-to-late 30’s
Recently, I added a Suydam HO brass representation of 1137 to my ever-growing Suydam brass model train collection. I think this is one of the ways to preserve the memory and history of the once mighty Pacific Electric Railway.
