The car in the background would appear to be an un-modernized “Blimp”, placing this some time between 1943 and 1947.
In my day, it was the Southern District, not the Southern Division. In fact, in my collection of PE employee timetables, none refer to the Southern Division. Maybe after amalgamation into the SP, but then who would care?
