Those decrepit houses in the background would suggest Macy St. Yard. Note that the other car appears to be a 1246-class control trailer (also called a “sled”). A typical “lashup” for Santa Anita Race Track Specials would be a 1370 or 1372-class combine on each end and a trailer in the middle.
