  This car appears to be “parked” on the outbound track next to Morgan Yard in Long Beach after completing an outbound trip. There is no motorman showing and the trolley pole is set for returning inbound to Los Angeles. If the car had come from Fairbanks Yard it would have been stopped on the other track. As both tracks merged for a very short distance when the line turned on to Ocean Avenue it didn’t matter which track the car used — as soon as it was on Ocean Avenue it would switch to the inbound track.
