Hi,
I saw a photo of 318 stationary in Bellflower dated 1958, with some people in the photo standing in the rear of the car, I think I may have known two of the people, but I have no way to verify, and I do not remember where on WEB I found the photo.
Hope you can help, thank you .
My friend was a Longshoreman, working in Wilmington at that tome.
Note the freshly ballasted right of way. This was PE at it’s best!
