Pacific Electric blimp interurban no. 412 at Bellflower Station. The building was located at 16336 Bellflower Blvd. It appears the substation in the background is out of service and boarded up.

Good photo showing a PE substation in the later years. What happened to the PE engineering drawings of the substations and power lines? Are they accessible in any way? Any books or other publications on this subject? I would be interested (for HO scale modeling).
