This is located at the old Gilfillan facility on Venice Blvd near Normandie. Note the car is on the third track, a passing track for local cars to allow the faster Interurban trains to pass. There was another passing track located on Venice at 2nd-3rd Ave.. It looks like this 100 class car had just turned back since it seems to be headed east and back to downtown LA.
