Is this location Sentous on the Air Line rather than 11th Ave? I don’t recall 11th Ave as having so many tracks or having the high voltage lines crossing at 11th Ave. There were high voltage lines crosing at Sentous, however.
This car was never part of the MCL. It always operated under the PE banner.
PE was using this car for officers’ inspection trips as late as 1958. My mother took a movie of it on the former SP Duarte Branch going through Arcadia (with the help of a 4600-class SP diesel).
