Mr. Weeks has his camera facing north along Highland Avenue as this southbound 5050 class car approaches Hollywood Blvd on the Van Nuys Line. In the background is the Hollywood United Methodist Church at Franklin & Highland.
I think the dash sign reads:
North Hollywood
Universal City
Subway Terminal
(all of which can now be reached on the Red Line subway)
