Division 6 – Ocean Park Car House Memories

As you may know, Metro just closed the old Ocean Park Car House facility, today known as Division 6. These images capture how vibrant the facility has been for decades, including its heyday during the time of the Pacific Electric.

As a very small child, riding with my mom, I remember getting off the red car near the beach.
I believe it was on Main Street where the (now abandoned by MTA) bus yard is now.
Did Venice-bound red cars travel as far as the Ocean Park Carhouse?
