Quite possibly, the fellow on the Wig-Wag bracket is the late Jim Bruggere of the San Francisco Bay Area.
Bay Area Electric Railroad Association operated many special trips on PE over the years.
It was Jim, and the date was June 19,1955 the day after the Glendale-Burbank cars made their last rus. He was taking photos of the fan trip cars at Antwater.
